The 45-70 (in my opinion) is better even than the new Marlins. Some have a slightly 'sticky' lever/bolt, but that smooths out after a few hundred cycles. Sad that they do not come as slick and smooth as their .22s, but an easy (and fun) fix is just shooting them.
